ANGOLA, Ind. - Grace's men's tennis team won short-handed against Trine 6-3 on Thursday.
The Lancers (5-4) have won four of their past five matches to re-establish a winning record.
Grace beat the Thunder (3-2) despite playing without Pavle Popovic, who was given a day off after falling sick on Wednesday.
Max Rozas won at both No. 1 singles (6-1, 6-0) and No. 1 doubles (8-5). Diego Zamora teamed up with Rozas for their win at No. 1 doubles, and Zamora also claimed a 6-2, 6-4 victory at No. 2 singles.
Caleb Yoder had a part in two wins. He won 6-4, 6-3 at No. 5 singles, and he joined forces with Jacob Gray to win 8-4 at No. 2 doubles.
Lucas Fonseca also claimed a 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 6 singles.
"We had several guys step up as Pavle needed the day off. Max and Diego both had great performances, and Caleb Yoder showed his experience in a big way," said Grace head coach Andy Lewis.
The Lancers continue Crossroads League on Saturday with a road match at Taylor.
