WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Grace's cross country program excelled both on and off the race course this fall.
The Lancers, who won the men's and women's NCCAA national championships for the third straight season, received a plethora of academic awards.
Grace had 30 runners achieve Scholar-Athlete status from the NAIA/NCCAA.
For Grace's men's team, the following received Scholar-Athlete recognition: Brady Hunsberger, Carson Martin, Carter Clear, Dakota Ames, Dimitri Margaritidis, Harrison Wealing, Hayden Mullett, Ian Harrold, Justin Van Prooyen, Logan Rufenacht and Korry Hamlin.
On the women's side, the Scholar-Athletes for Grace include: Addison Grady, Anna Hulstedt, Avery Simms, Carmen Trier, Cassandra Cross, Ellie Wagoner, Emma Lingenfelter, Esther Cameron, Grace Geller, Kaelyn Johnson, Karsyn Stewart, Katie Acker, Katie Hornocker, Madelyn Skidmore, Madison Schneiderwind, Mallory Hiatt, Morgan Welch, Samantha Bigham and Tara Friesen.
Grace's women had the second-most Scholar-Athlete honors in the NAIA.
