WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Grace's three-straight conference champion men's tennis team earned five All-Crossroads League honors for their performance on the hard courts.
Pablo Gregori jumped into the No. 1 singles and doubles role this year, earning his third career All-League honor. He produced a 19-2 overall record in all competitions. He compiled a 9-1 record at No. 1 singles over 11 matches. He also became the all-time singles wins leader in program history (53).
Salva Pons picked up his second all-league nod, spending the year at No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles. He finished with a combined 14-3 record. He partnered with Gregori at No. 1 doubles for a 9-1 record this fall. In the No. 2 spot in the singles lineup, he went 5-2.
Artur Pons produced an unblemished 9-0 record in doubles play to go along with a 7-1 singles mark.
Luis Cordoba went 10-0 on the doubles courts in the No. 3 slot. He followed that with a 7-2 record in singles action.
Benjamin Rahine was the final student-athlete recognized. He spent most of the season on the singles side with an 8-1 record, mostly in the No. 5 spot. He added a pair of doubles wins to finish the fall 10-1 overall.
The Lancers, currently ranked No. 20 in the NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll, will resume play in the spring. With their third straight win in the league tournament, Grace earned an automatic bid to the NAIA Championships in May.
