WINONA LAKE, Ind. - For the second time this season, Grace's men's tennis team took care of Indiana Wesleyan.
The Lancers downed IWU 4-2, improving Grace's record to 20-5 on the year.
It marks Grace's second-straight season winning 20 matches and the third time in the past four seasons.
The doubles' courts were hotly contested. IWU won the top doubles' court, but Grace countered with a pair of 6-4 wins.
Manuel Marques and Cesar Garcia pulled out a win at No. 3 doubles. Javier Gallego and Luis Cordoba then secured the doubles' point with a 6-4 victory at No. 2.
Pablo Gregori produced a solid 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 2 singles, and Salva Pons earned a three-set win at No. 3.
The result was secured when Cordoba battled to a narrow 7-5, 7-5 victory at No. 4.
The Lancers will end the week at home on Thursday with a noon match against No. 25 Oakland City.
