South Bend, Ind. - For the second consecutive day another program record has been broken for Grace College's women's golf program.
One day after
Camille Short became the first player in program history to break 70,
Trinity Bramer set a new program record for two rounds with a mark of 142. It bests the previous mark of 145 set by Short in 2024.
Bramer shot 71 in both rounds which is tied for the fourth lowest single round score in program history. Her score earned her overall medalist honors in the tournament with a score of two-under par.
Just one stroke behind Bramer was Shorts who followed up her historic score of three under par with a mark of 74 on Tuesday for an overall score of 143 to claim second place in the tournament.
Lexi Kelley carded a 156 and tying her for 12th place and leading the Lancers "B" squad was
Grace Beerman.
Elyse Veldman shot 79 and 83 to capture a top-25 finish and just two strokes behind her was
Ava Thomas.
Kiley Standring and
Natalie Winter scored 166 and 168 respectively.
Olivia Stronczeka and
Abby Wright both carded marks of 170.
The Lancers placed 2nd in the 11 team field. Grace's second round mark of 302 was tied for the third lowest single round score in program history. The mark of 605 was the second lowest36-hole score in team history.
The Lancers will return to action on October 12 for the Crossroads League Preview.
