2014 NCCAA Tournament Banquet

Teams should plan to arrive no later than 6:15 pm. All in attendance are expected to follow banquet attire of business casual (no jeans).
Parents wishing to attend the banquet should contact Grace's athletic office at (855) 781-0061 to purchase tickets. Tickets can be purchased on a limited availability over the phone using a credit card. The deadline for banquet ticket purchasing is Monday, March 17.

STEVE ZELLER – Father of Luke, Tyler, Cody Zeller
Steve and Lorri Zeller are the proud parents of three NBA players – Luke, Tyler and Cody. All three Zeller sons were named “Mr. Basketball” during their careers at Washington High School and were each McDonald’s All-Americans.
Luke, who graduated from Notre Dame, played for the Phoenix Suns. Tyler, who played at North Carolina, is a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, and Cody, who played at Indiana, was drafted this summer by the Charlotte Bobcats.
Steve and Lorri grew up in Iowa, and Steve was the youngest of 12 children. Steve was a walk-on football player at Iowa State, where he graduated with a degree in animal science. He spent 28 years in the meat industry for companies including Oscar Mayer, Louis Rich, Simmons Poultry and Perdue Farms.
Currently Steve and Lorri work for DistinXion, a Zeller family nonprofit business that conducts basketball camps and teaches character training.

DAVE MARVIN – SCORE International
Dave Marvin has been in full-time Christian ministry for over 25 years. He currently serves as the Vice President of Enlistment and Enrichment at SCORE International. For 15 years, Marvin served in pastoral ministry until transitioning to full-time mission work over the last 15 years.
Marvin is a former baseball player and graduate of Bryan College and Grace Theological Seminary. He has served as baseball coach at the high school level for 19 years.
He has also served as a basketball coach at the elementary, junior high and high school levels for the past decade.
Marvin and his wife Debbie have four children and four grandchildren.

SHANNA ZOLMAN – WNBA
Shanna Zolman is currently a spokesperson for SCORE International, a nonprofit ministry that takes groups on short-term missions trips, and a professional basketball player in the WNBA for the Tulsa Shock.
In high school at Wawasee (Ind.), she set the state’s all-time scoring record with 3,085 points in her career. She led the state in scoring each year at Wawasee, averaging 33.2 points per game for her career. She also holds the national high school records for consecutive free throws (70), career free-throw percentage (93.5%), and single-season free-throw percentage (95.4%).
At the University of Tennessee, Shanna had an outstanding career that placed her ninth on the all-time scoring list. Shanna holds the NCAA single season (95.7% in 2003-04) and career (91.6%) free-throw percentage records. She broke several Lady Vol records during her four years, including single game 3-pointers (7) and career 3-pointers (266).
In 2006, she was drafted by the San Antonio Silver Stars where she played the 2006, 2007 and 2009 seasons, averaging 7.0 points per game in 13.8 minutes per contest. In the 2009 offseason Shanna was traded to the Tulsa Shock. In her first year at Tulsa she averaged 9.7 points per game while playing an average of 21.3 minutes per game. Through four seasons, she holds a career average of 7.9 ppg on 40.8% from the three-point line. She is currently a member of the WNBA’s Tulsa Shock.
Shanna is a strong believer in community service. She has volunteered her time with Race for the Cure, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Toyota Literacy program and she is an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. In 2008 she created the All Things Basketball Camp, an annual event for 5th-12th grade girls.
