Ben Laborde joined Grace's coaching staff as an assistant coach in the spring of 2024.
Laborde is a familiar face for the Lancers after golfing for Grace for all four years of his undergraduate career. Laborde graduated from Grace in 2009 with a degree in accounting and finance. He went on to obtain his MBA from Grace in 2015.
Additionally, Laborde served as an interim coach for Grace in the winter of the 2012-13 season and has remained involved with Grace's golf program since his graduation. After graduation, he served as an assistant golf pro locally at Rozella Golf Club.
Laborde currently works at Zimmer-Biomet and is also a part-time online professor in Grace's business department. He is married to his wife Laura, and they have three children (Chloe, Colt, Juliet).
