Callie Patrick joined the coaching staff at Grace College during the spring of 2023. She made an immediate impact, helping Grace win back-to-back NCCAA national championships during her first two seasons with the Lancers.
Patrick is no stranger to the Crossroads League after starring at league school Bethel for four years as an outside hitter. During her career, she racked up 764 kills and 1,162 digs. She also had 185 block points and 86 aces. She was a two-time All-Conference performer for the Pilots.
She has multiple years of coaching experience. She was the head varsity coach at Fairfield High School in 2014 and 2015. Additionally, she has coached at NIVA volleyball club for six years.
Patrick is the wife of Grace's men's soccer coach Arron Patrick. The couple have two children (Oliver, Zara).
