WINONA LAKE, Ind. – Grace's offensive attack wore down Goshen College as the Lady Lancers won in four sets on Saturday afternoon.

The Christina LeBlanc-led offense placed three Lady Lancers (9-4; 4-1 Crossroads League) in double-digit kills to help Grace recover from an early deficit.

The Maple Leafs (5-10; 1-5 CL) made a late push in the first half to take the lead and held on to win 25-23 to go ahead by a set.

The Lady Lancers stormed back, however, to lead 17-9 and force a Goshen timeout. Grace's offense was too much for Goshen to handle as the Lady Lancers won 25-16. Grace tallied 11 kills with two errors in the second set, led by five kills from Stefanie Bolt.

Grace held an early lead in the third set only to see Goshen battle back to knot the score at 14-14. The Lady Lancers recovered to end the set on an 11-4 run to win by seven.

Grace led for much of the fourth set and clinched the match with a 25-19 win. The Lady Lancers were aided by three service aces in the fourth set.

Bolt led all players with 12 kills on a .308 percentage. She also recorded a match-high five block assists.

Hannah Clemmons stepped up offensively to produce 11 kills on a .233 percentage, and Arielle Walters had 10 kills (.318) to go along with three block assists.

Bethany Whitcraft (18 digs) was one of four Lady Lancers to reach double-digit digs. Clemmons and Calah Kruse tallied 11 digs, and LeBlanc recorded 10 digs in addition to her 39 assists.

As a team, Grace had seven service aces in the match. Kruse and LeBlanc each aced twice for Grace.

Grace's defense held the Maple Leafs to a .103 hitting percentage as a team.

The Lady Lancers will welcome Marian University to the Orthopaedic Capital Center on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. match.
