WINONA LAKE, Ind. – Grace's volleyball team wrapped up the regular season with a 3-0 victory over Goshen on Wednesday night.
The Lady Lancers (25-9, 14-4 Crossroads League) wrapped up the No. 2 seed in the league standings on  Senior Night that honored Calah Kruse, Hannah Clemmons and Ellie Harp. The trio helped Grace win 101 games over the past four seasons and secure the program's best league finish in over a decade.
Grace will host seventh-seeded Goshen again in the quarterfinals of the Crossroads League Tournament on Tuesday 7 p.m. With a win, Grace will host the semifinals on Thursday night.
The opening set was a back-and-forth affair with Grace holding on for a 25-22 victory. Grace's offense had its lowest output with 10 kills in the first set.
The second start was similar as each squad struggled to seize control. A block point from Ellie Harp late in the game gave Grace momentum, and Tori Bontrager ended the set 25-21 with a kill.
Grace opened up a five-point lead midway into the third set and never looked back. The Maple Leafs (15-16, 8-10 CL) never came within four points of Grace's lead the rest of the way. Freshman Naarah Foster won the match 25-19 with a kill off the bench.
Kruse finished with seven kills and 11 digs, and Kaitlin Kerrigan added nine kills on a .304 percentage. Bontrager had nine kills on a .316 percentage, and Grace Woolsey tallied seven kills on a .500 percentage to go along with five block assists.
Harp passed out 30 assists with three block assists, Sara Miller led all players with 14 digs, and Clemmons chipped in 10 digs.
