WINONA LAKE, Ind. – The Grace/Bethel rivalry will have its next chapter written on Saturday in Mishawaka when the men's and women's teams play a doubleheader.
The women will play at 1 p.m. with the men's game to follow at 3 p.m.

The Lady Lancers (7-8, 0-3 Crossroads League) swept the season series last year, including a 64-58 victory at Bethel in the regular season finale. Grace is led in scoring by All-American senior Allison Kauffman, who ranks No. 20 in NAIA Div. II with 18.8 points per game.
The Lady Pilots are currently 7-8 overall and 1-2 in league play. Bethel defeated Spring Arbor by four in early December. Bethel's Madison Schrock leads the team with 12.2 ppg.

MEN'S GAME

The men's game features a combined 25 wins between the two squads already this season. The Lancers are currently 11-4, 1-2 CL. Six of Grace's past 10 games have been determined by five or less points (3-3 record in that span). Grace is led offensively by the attacking efforts of Niko Read (14.0 ppg, 40% 3PT) and Logan Irwin (13.2 ppg, 5.1 apg).
Bethel has just one blemish on its record of 14-1 with the lone loss coming to NAIA defending champ and No. 1-ranked Indiana Wesleyan. The Pilots are ranked No. 5 in the NAIA Div. II poll and are led by Clay Yeo's 21.7 ppg and Matt Schauss's 19.5 ppg.
