INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Grace's women's tennis wrapped up its fall season with a 4-1 loss at No. 25 Marian on Thursday in the semifinals of the Crossroads League Tournament.
The Lady Lancers end the season with an 11-3 record, the second straight season with double-digit wins under head coach Marcus Moore. It marks the second time in program history with back-to-back seasons of 10 or more wins.
Grace's seven Crossroads League wins also were the most in team history.
The Knights (10-1) won the doubles' point. Carrie Copeland and Dayana Ortega secured a 6-5 victory at No. 2 double, but Grace dropped its other two doubles' matches.
The Lady Lancers lost in straight sets at the top four singles' courts, which ended the match.
