WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Grace College is expanding its athletic programs to include esports. The program offers scholarship positions for undergraduate students to attend Grace while pursuing their interests in esports.

The Lancers are the third Crossroads League school to announce an esports team and join a number of schools in the area fielding a competitive esports squad.

Grace is already recruiting potential students to participate in the school's scholarship teams.

The addition of esports is one of many new athletic offerings that have come recently at Grace. The Lancers have already established club sports such as women's rugby, ultimate frisbee and shooting sports with plans to add bass fishing and others in the immediate future.

Grace has obtained a membership in the National Association of College Esports (NACE). NACE is the premier varsity esports association in the United States with more than 170 member schools and 5,000 student-athletes.

The Lancers will practice and play matches at their own pristine esports lounge, located on campus at the Gordon Health and Wellness Center.

Grace will compete in League of Legends, Rocket League, Valorant and Fortnight with an eye to add more games in the near future.

Esports will provide team members with scholarships. Students interested in joining Grace's esports program should email esports@grace.edu to contact our coaching staff. Any potential esports players should also fill out a short recruit questionnaire online.
