LIMA, Ohio - Grace's men's tennis team concluded its trip over Spring Break with two more matches in Ohio.

Both matches were against top quality opponents; Grace lost 4-0 to No. 4 Northwestern Ohio and beat Arizona Christian 4-2.

The matches were played at Westwood Tennis and Fitness in Lima, Ohio.

In the first match, Grace gave a battle against No. 4 Northwestern Ohio, but the Racers collected the 4-0 win.

The finale was against Arizona Christian, a team who has appeared in the NAIA poll throughout the preseason.

The Firestorm got the early point in doubles, winning at No. 1 and 3 doubles. Javier Gallego and Luis Cordoba were winning 5-3 at No. 2 doubles, but the court was not finished as the match was played to clinch.

ACU added to its lead with a quick win at No. 5 singles, but Grace dominated the rest of singles' play.

Gallego helped Grace get back on track, winning 6-2, 6-3 at No. 1 singles. Manuel Marques evened the score with a 6-2, 6-4 win at No. 6.

The Lancers secured the match with a pair of three-set victories, including Pablo Gregori at No. 2, and Salva Pons at No. 3.

The Lancers will play at home on Friday against St. Francis (Ill.).
