GREENCASTLE, Ind. - Grace's women's tennis team went on the road and earned a 7-2 win at DePauw on Wednesday.
The win moves Grace to 11-5 on the year under head coach Emily Ackerman.
The Lancers have now reached double-digit wins in four of the past six seasons.
The doubles' matches were a battle. Jimena Ramirez and Alejandra Sandoval breezed through their opponents 8-1 at No. 2 doubles, but DePauw evened the score with a win at No. 3.
The final doubles' court was the top one. Geraldine Salinas and Lydia Ruegsegger collected an 8-6 win at No. 1 doubles to edge in front.
Singles' play saw Grace win nearly every court. Ramirez was flawless with a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 1 singles, Sandoval cruised 6-0, 6-3 at No. 4, and Salinas won 6-4, 6-1 at No. 3.
Ruegsegger (No. 2) and Molli Runestad (No. 5) battled to three-set wins to wrap up Grace's scoring.
The Lancers are scheduled to play at home twice to end the week, including Friday against Goshen and Saturday against Indiana Tech.
