Grace XC/Track earns high ranking for NAIA Program of the Year

WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Grace's cross country and track and field teams received a high honor for their performances during the 2023-24 school year.

The women's team (including cross country and track and field) was ranked No. 9 for the NAIA Program of the Year by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

The men's program was ranked No. 19 for the men's Program of the Year.

The USTFCCCA Program of the Year Award honors institutions that have achieved success, spanning the cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field seasons. The ranking takes into account each school's finish at the NAIA National Championships.

On the women's side, cross country placed 13th at the NAIA race; indoor track and field was 21st while the outdoor track and field team placed 19th.

The men's program was highlighted by a 13th-place finish for cross country and 33rd-place finish for indoor track and field.

Grace's programs have now been ranked in the top-25 of the final ranking for two consecutive years. It marks the first two appearances in Grace's history for the Program of the Year honor.
