WINONA LAKE, Ind. - The first two NAIA national awards of 2025 for women's soccer were both won by Grace on Tuesday.
The Lancers swept the NAIA awards as Cassidy Felger was named the NAIA National Offensive Player of the Week, and Zoe Mueller was the NAIA National Defensive Player of the Week.
The duo also have won seven other player of the week awards so far, including three Crossroads League honors and four NCCAA ones.
Grace is off to a furious start to the season. The Lancers (4-0) are the top-scoring team in the nation while also holding their opponents scoreless so far.
Felger, the NAIA's top goalscorer, produced two goals in each of Grace's wins last week. Her 2-goal, 1-assist performance powered Grace to a 4-0 upset on the road at No. 4 Columbia on Saturday.
Mueller has helped Grace produce four clean sheets in four games. She added an assist during the Lancers' toppling of Columbia.
The awards mark Grace's first NAIA player of the week winners for women's soccer since Bethany Blackwood (Oct. 8 & 15, 2018).
The Lancers will play at Rio Grande on Wednesday (4 p.m.) before returning home on Saturday for a 5 p.m. clash with St. Ambrose.
