WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Grace's men's basketball team sits atop the NAIA mountain as the 2026-27 season is set to begin.

The Lancers received the No. 1 spot in the Gared-NAIA Preseason Coaches' Top 25 Poll.

Grace returns 100 percent of its roster from last season, following yet another Crossroads League-championship year.

The Lancers won their fourth straight regular season title in the CL and their fifth straight postseason tournament title.

Grace is one of five teams from the league in the poll, including No. 1 Grace and No. 5 Indiana Wesleyan, along with a trio of teams who are receiving votes (Bethel, Huntington, Taylor).

The Lancers' season begins at home on Friday at 7 p.m. against IU Northwest. Grace is hosting a free Fan Fest outside the arena from 5-6:30 p.m., inviting fans of all ages with food trucks, games and more.
