WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Grace's women's soccer team secured multiple awards on Monday.
Abby Hodkin was named the Offensive Player of the Week for the NCCAA and the Crossroads League. Heidi Kever was named the NCCAA's National Defensive Player of the Week.
The duo starred during Grace's rout of Mt. Vernon Nazarene. Hodkin came off the bench in the first half and recorded an incredible hat trick before halftime.
Kever recorded an assist while playing defender on Saturday. Grace's defense has been dominant as of late; the Lancers have not conceded a goal in the last 460 minutes of action.
The No. 2 Lancers end the regular season with a chance at history on the line. Grace will travel to Taylor on Wednesday at 7 p.m. A win against Taylor would secure Grace as the Crossroads League champions.
