KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The path has been set for Grace's men's basketball team.
The field for the 2026 NAIA National Championships was revealed on Thursday night. The Lancers were rewarded after their strong season with a No. 1 seed in the tournament bracket.
Grace is one of four No. 1 seeds in the 64-team field and will sit atop the Duer Bracket. It marks the 15th time in history for Grace to qualify for the NAIA National Championships and the fifth straight season for a trip to NAIA Nationals.
The Lancers will host the opening weekend of the tournament at home on March 13-14. The Winona Lake pod includes three other teams competing at the Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center, including No. 8 Madonna (Mich.), No. 9 Southeastern (Fla.) and No. 16 Johnson (Tenn.).
Grace will host Johnson on Friday (March 13) at 5 p.m. in the NAIA First Round. Madonna and Southeastern will play afterwards at 7 p.m.
The winners of the First Round games will play at the MOCC on Saturday (March 14) at 3:30 p.m. in the NAIA Second Round. The winner of Saturday's game will earn a spot to the NAIA's final site in Kansas City.
Grace has reached the NAIA's Elite Eight or better in each of the past three seasons.Â
The Lancers have been a top-two seed for four consecutive years under head coach Scott Moore, including three times as a No. 1 seed.
Grace is fresh off a conference-record fifth straight Crossroads League Tournament championship. The Lancers, who also won the regular season title in the CL, boast a record of 28-3. Grace's success has come with zero seniors on the roster.
