Charlie Warner

Charlie Warner begins his second season assisting the Lancers in 2024-25.

Warner was an accomplished player for Grace, playing from 2016-20. He was a two-time CoSIDA Academic All-America recipient, recognizing his achievements on and off the hardwood.

He finished his career with 1,477 points, shooting 52 percent from the floor, 48 percent on 3-pointers and 87 percent at the free throw line. He made 209 triples over his career, never shooting under 40 percent from downtown in a single season. He helped lead Grace to an NAIA ranking and a bid to the national tournament in his senior season.

Warner began his coaching career in impressive fashion, leading Grace to an NAIA No. 1 ranking for much of the 2023-24 season. The Lancers won the regular season and postseason championships in the Crossroads League and were the overall No. 1 seed in the NAIA tournament.

Grace then enjoyed its deepest run in the NAIA Div. I tournament era, reaching the Fab Four. The Lancers set team records in 2023-24 for longest winning streak (24), most games won (34), best winning percentage (.944, 34-2), least games lost (2), most assists (750) and second-best field goal percentage (.527).

Charlie and his wife Kelly were married in 2024. Charlie also works as a CPA.
