Tiffany Featherston joins the Lady Lancers’ coaching staff for the first time in 2015. She was a four-year starter for Grace’s softball team until her graduation in 2014.

Featherston improved every year under Coach Johnson’s watch, batting .135 as a freshman and .324 as a senior. She graduated No. 5 on Grace’s career hits list. Her senior season was Grace’s finest season in nearly two decades. The Lady Lancers finished the 2014 campaign with 29 wins (most since 1994) and a fourth-place finish at the NCCAA National Championships.
