Jake Anders returns for his fourth season on Grace College’s women’s basketball staff. He began as a graduate assistant coach before being elevated into the lead assistant role in 2025.
During his time on staff, Anders has helped guide the Lancers to new heights which included the program’s first ever national championship in 2023-24 when Grace defeated Carolina to claim the NCCAA Crown.
Grace enjoyed one of its best seasons ever during the 2022-23 campaign. The Lady Lancers reached the NAIA Tournament for the first time in team history, upsetting No. 19 Pikeville in their NAIA debut. Grace finished the season with new program records for wins (24), regular season wins (20), conference wins (13) and the longest winning streak (7).
Anders has helped establish a robust analytical aspect to the Lancer's program while also serving as serving a crucial role in Grace's recruiting efforts.
Anders is a Grace College grad and served as a manager for Grace’s men’s basketball team during all four years of his undergraduate career.
