Rachel Yankosky

Rachel Yankosky returns to the sidelines for her fifth season in 2024-25. She served as a graduate assistant for her first two seasons, leading Grace's junior varsity squad while assisting with the varsity.

Yankosky has helped the Lancers to tremendous success in recent years. The Lancers reached the pinnacle in 2024, winning the NCCAA national championships for the first national title in program history.

Grace enjoyed its one of its best seasons ever during the 2022-23 campaign. The Lady Lancers reached the NAIA Tournament for the first time in team history, upsetting No. 19 Pikeville in their NAIA debut. Grace finished the season with new program records for wins (24), regular season wins (20), conference wins (13) and the longest winning streak (7).

During the 2021-22 season, Grace tied the program record for most wins in a season as they reached the 20-win mark for the third time in team history. Grace reached the semifinals of the Crossroads League Tournament and also qualified for the NCCAA National Championships for the seventh straight year.

Yankosky has also revamped the women's basketball social media and fan engagement efforts. She has organized and executed numerous community theme nights at Grace and has completely redisgned the Lancers' social media presence with her own original graphics.

Yankosky was a four-year player for the Lady Lancers, playing from 2016-20. She played in 60 games while battling injury during her career, shooting 46 percent from the floor over her four years.
