WINONA LAKE, Ind. – The Lady Lancers' women's tennis team fell behind early to Taylor on Thursday and never recovered.

Grace lost all three doubles' matches en route to a 6-3 defeat at Miller Field.

No doubles' team for Grace earned more than three sets to open the dual match, nullifying three singles' wins for the Lady Lancers.

Natalia Kurkova and Katie Etter continued their undefeated singles' seasons for the Lady Lancers (1-2, 1-2 Crossroads League). Kurkova eased away for a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 1 singles, and Etter earned a hard-fought 6-4, 6-4 victory at No. 6 singles.

Gabrielle Lawrence picked up the final singles' win at No. 5 singles with a 6-4, 6-2 scoreline.

The Lady Lancers have their third home match of the week on Saturday against Spring Arbor at 11 a.m.
