INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Grace's bowling squad enjoyed its second tournament of the season with the massive Western Shootout.
The tournament featured 26 women's teams and 30 men's teams. Grace's men knocked down 7,133 pins across the weekend, and the women's side knocked down 6,052 pins.
During the first day, Kameron Branum found a good line and bowled an average of 170. His best game score was 226.
Erik Haegeland also impressed for the men, bowling a high game of 197 with an average score of 167.
The women battled soreness across the two-day grind. Laura Martinez produced an average score of 146 to go along with a high mark of 173.
Lilly Kelly had a high game of 184 with an average of 143, and Cheyenne Clouse had a high of 178 and an average of 139.
The Lancers' next tournament is the Boilermaker Classic in Lafayette, Ind., beginning Oct. 29.
