WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Cade Gibbs of Grace's men's basketball team collected a pair of awards on Monday.

Gibbs was named the Player of the Week for the NCCAA and the Crossroads League for his efforts during Grace's marquee win last week.

The Lancers (8-0) downed No. 11 Indiana Wesleyan just before Thanksgiving thanks to Gibbs's game-high 24 points.

Gibbs was incredibly efficient, shooting 10 of 12 from the floor (83 percent) and 4 of 5 (80 percent) on 3-pointers during the NAIA's top game of the week. He also added 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal during Grace's win.

The Lancers are back at home on Saturday for a doubleheader against Spring Arbor. The women will tip off at 1 p.m. with the men to follow at 3 p.m.
