WINONA LAKE Ind. – After helping Grace College's softball team to a 4-2 week in Florida, Jeri Ellis was voted as the Crossroads League Pitcher of the Week.

For her part, Ellis was a perfect 4-0 in her four starts in from the circle for the Lancers (4-4). She picked up six strikeouts while holding Grace's opponents to a meager 0.58 ERA.

Ellis bookended the week with a pair of complete game victories, in which she only gave up four hits.

Ellis also had a successful showing with a bat in her hands. She collected a pair RBIs and a stolen base while hitting at a .389 clip.

Ellis and the Lancers will next be in action on Tuesday as they play host to No. 1 Marian. First pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m.
