WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Grace's men's basketball team learned its placement in the 2024 NAIA National Championships on Thursday night.

The Lancers were given the overall No. 1 seed in the 64-team bracket, earning that distinction for the first time in team history. Grace was also one of the four No. 1 seeds last season.

Grace (30-1) will host the opening weekend of the tournament at home. The Winona Lake pod includes three other teams competing at the Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center, including No. 8 Union (Ky.), No. 9 Ottawa (Ariz.) and No. 16 Washington Adventist (Md.).

Grace will host No. 16 Washington Adventist on Friday at 5 p.m. in the NAIA First Round (presented by Ballogy). No. 8 Union and No. 9 Ottawa will play afterwards at 7 p.m.

The winner of the First Round games will play at the MOCC on Saturday at 5 p.m. in the NAIA Second Round. The winner of that game will earn a spot to the NAIA's final site in Kansas City.

Grace advanced to the NAIA's Elite Eight last year, the team's deepest run in the NAIA Div. I tournament.
