COLUMBUS, Ind. - Grace College's women's golf team placed fifth overall at the Crossroads League Preview on Tuesday afternoon.
The 54-hole tournament, which was hosted at Harrison Lake Country Club, saw the Lancers improve their score in each of the three rounds. Grace shot 336 in the first round and finished with 334 in round two and 330 in round three.
Grace was led by
Camille Short who placed 15th overall after shooting 240. Her stronger mark came in the opening round when she carded a score of 77.
Trinity Bramer was next up for the Lancers coming in 24th with a score of 249. Lexi Kelly and
Grace Beerman finished just behind her with marks of 251 and 253.
Kiley Standring shot three rounds in the mid 80s to finish with a 261 and took home 32nd place.
Ava Thomas carded a 266 and Brette Hanava closed out her tournament with a 269 as both players finished in the top 40.
Regan Clifton and
Raigan King wrapped up the tournament for Grace with marks of 273 and 300.
The Lancers will now turn their attention to the NCCAA National Championship as they look to defend their 2024 national title.
