WINONA LAKE, Ind. - In its second season in competitive cheer, Grace's cheer team tackled three invitationals.

The Lancers completed their second season competing as an exhibition squad during competition season.

Grace competed at Spring Arbor as well as twice at Taylor.

At Spring Arbor, Grace had one of its brightest moments of the season. The Lancers recorded a team score of 74.05, highest among the three teams in the field. Grace beat out Spring Arbor and Mt. Vernon Nazarene to claim the top score.

During Grace's first competition at Taylor, the Lancers improved their scoring between the first and second rounds.

Grace had 79.95 points in the opening round and followed it up by 83.2 points. The Lancers were sixth out of eight in the opener followed by fifth in the second round.

The Lancers wrapped up the season back at Taylor. Grace produced 76.03 points in the finale, scoring fourth in the field.
