WINONA LAKE, Ind. - The Grace women's soccer team continued to make history this week.

The Lancers climbed to their highest ranking in team history, landing at No. 2 in the NAIA Top 25.

Grace improved on its previous high of No. 5, set just two weeks ago. The Lancers achieved the ranking in the STADIONIC-NAIA Women's Soccer National Selection Committee (NSC) Top 25 Poll.

The NSC polls are released bi-weekly throughout the remainder of the season. Grace is also the No. 1-rated team in the NAIA's RPI index, a key criteria used by the NSC when determining the national tournament field.

Grace is enjoying a 10-1-2 start to the season, outscoring opponents 27-7 despite playing the third-most difficult schedule in the nation.

The Lancers will be put to the test this week, traveling to No. 11 Spring Arbor on Wednesday night before returning home on Saturday against Goshen (4 p.m.). Grace currently leads Spring Arbor by one point in the CL standings.
