WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Grace College's athletic department is pleased to announce a partnership with Urban Edge Network (UEN) for the upcoming Grace's men's basketball team's postseason run.
Grace's postseason broadcast will be made available on UEN, a free, widely accessible streaming platform. The free-to-watch, advertisement broadcasts will include all of Grace's Crossroads League Tournament games and potential NAIA First and Second Round games in Winona Lake.
Under this new arrangement, Grace's postseason games will stream live at no cost on UEN's platforms. Fans will be able to watch on connected TVs, mobile devices, and other leading streaming apps, ensuring the Grace community can follow every moment from home, on campus, or on the road.
"We are excited to showcase the upcoming men's basketball postseason games on UEN this year," said Grace Director of Athletics Chad Briscoe. "UEN has demonstrated a commitment to supporting the NAIA and the national tournament, and we look forward to partnering with UEN for the upcoming postseason run."
The NAIA No. 2-ranked Lancers locked up the regular season championship in the Crossroads League on Saturday after beating No. 3 Indiana Wesleyan. As a result, Grace is guaranteed the No. 1 seed in next week's CL Tournament. The Lancers can host up to three CL Tournament games if they advance.
Grace has submitted a bid to potentially host NAIA First and Second Round games of the NAIA Tournament for the fourth consecutive season. NAIA host bids and the entire tournament field will be announced in March. The entirety of the NAIA tournament, including all final site games will be available on UEN.
"Grace College is one of the elite basketball programs in the NAIA, and we're proud to showcase the Lancers on a free, widely available streaming platform for their postseason run," said Hardy L. Pelt, Founding Member and Chief Revenue Officer at Urban Edge Network. "Our mission is to elevate institutions and student-athletes who haven't always had this level of national visibility, and partnering with Grace for the conference and NAIA tournaments is a powerful step in that direction."
Fans can watch by following the coverage links on GCLancers.com or by downloading the UEN app which is accessible on Roku, Apple TV, IOS, Android, Samsung, Amazon Fire Stick and Fire TV.
Saturday's basketball doubleheader in Winona Lake between Grace and Goshen, marking the end of the regular season, will still be broadcasted on the Grace Sports Network.Â
