Jimena Ramirez and Faith Valentine won 6-3 at No. 1 doubles; the early point was secured as Holy Cross had to forfeit No. 3 doubles.
Grace picked up an early advantage as the Saints forfeited No. 6 singles. But Holy Cross roared back to take the lead, winning at No. 2, 3 and 4 singles.
Ramirez won a gritty 6-3, 6-3 match at the top singles' court to even the score.
