ALLIANCE, Ohio - Grace's track and field team sent a small group of athletes to a pair of meets this week, competing in Ohio and Iowa.

At the Mount Union Classic (Ohio), Grace had three men compete.

Mick Wright won the 100-meter dash in a blazing performance. He ran a time of 10.47 seconds, 0.08 seconds faster than his previous school record.

Brock Lengacher threw in the discus, hammer and javelin. He was third in both the discus (143-feet-9) and the javelin (144-7) and was 12th in the hammer (137-6). Clayton Martin placed eighth in the javelin (138-11).

Cece Mitchell ran as well. She represented Grace at the historic 116th Drake Relays in Iowa.

Mitchell posted a top-10 finish in the 10,000. She was 10th in a loaded field, finishing in 37:15.64.
