MARION, Ind. - The final day of the Crossroads League Championships was a memorable one for Grace's track and field team.
The Lancers amassed several All-League finishes across a variety of events.
Grace's women finished the championships in fifth place, and the men ended in seventh.
Addi Dewey's race was a major highlight on the final day. She claimed the 5,000 title, breaking the tape in 17:46.55. Grace Geller also earned points in the race with her seventh-place finish (18:24.23).
Grace Pettit earned All-League status (top-three showing) in the 3,000 steeplechase. She posted a race time of 11:35.72.
Brock Lengacher was All-League in two events. He was runner-up in the javelin with a launch of 159-feet-8. In the hammer, he cleared 153-8 to place third.
Clayton Martin also scored points in the javelin, finishing in sixth at 149-4.
Grace's women had a strong showing in the 800. Cherish Ray finished third in 2:16.55, and Morgan Welch was fourth (2:17.87).
Mick Wright sprinted to fourth place in the 100 dash (10.60 seconds), and he was also eighth in the 200 (21.92).
Sophie Rupp collected fifth in the javelin with a toss of 105-1, and Michael Muiruri was also fifth in the 110 hurdles (15.51).
In the heptathlon, Makayla Neal grabbed fifth with 3,764 points while Molly Hofmann also placed in eighth (3,046).
Austin Wilson was 11th in the 5,000 (15:38.23).
The men's 4x400 relay team of Logan Clark, Caleb Nichols, Luke Mansfield and Kyle Robinson combined for fifth place (3:22.32).
Next week, Grace will battle at the 2026 NCCAA Outdoor National Championships, held in Asbury, Ky., from May 6-8.
