2017 FRESHMAN - Worked into a regular member of Grace’s lineup … started in 46 games, fifth-most on the team … had 19 hits and 18 RBIs … led the team with 14 hit by pitches … went 2-for-4 with 3 runs, 2 doubles and 3 RBIs against Bethel … added two hits and an RBI in the first game of the doubleheader with Bethel … tallied six hits in four games against Bethel … went 2-for-3 against Marian … was 1-for-2 with a double, run and two RBIs … tallied first collegiate hit against Lawrence Tech, adding an RBI in the game … stole a base and drove in a run against Goshen … plated twice against Fisher.
PREP - Olivia Scarbrough is an All-Area shortstop from Silver Creek … was part of the All-Area Team all four years of her varsity career, including twice on the First Team … helped Silver Creek to a sectional and regional championship and hit .500 from the plate her senior season … was named the News and Tribune Girls' Soccer Player of the Year and was a finalist for Athlete of the Year … named IHSAA Second Team All-State as a forward on the soccer team and graduated Silver Creek with the school record for most goals and assists in a career.
