Josh Neuhart is entering his 15th year as the Sports Information Director at Grace College. He added the role of Assistant Athletic Director to his title in 2016.

Neuhart has been heavily involved in Grace’s athletic department for the past 19 years, starting as a statistician during his freshman year at Grace in 2007.

Neuhart oversees athletic communication at Grace including: updating and maintaining the athletic website, creating and designing publications and graphics, managing social media channels, capturing and editing in-game photography and videography, overseeing live broadcasts of varsity events and releasing pertinent athletic information to the media and to the Grace community (local and at-large). Neuhart is also responsible for game management staffing and personnel training.

He guided the launch of Grace’s redesigned athletic site “www.GCLancers.com” which features social media integration, improved and intuitive navigation, a responsive mobile version of the site and enhanced speed and design of the site as a whole. The site won three national awards in its first year of existence at the NAIA-SIDA National Convention. In 2017, the site was named the No. 1 site in the NAIA and the site was again ranked No. 1 in 2019. The site received eight straight top-10 rankings from the NAIA between 2017-24, the only site in the nation to achieve that distinction.

During his time in the athletic department, Neuhart has initiated social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram) and extensive photo galleries for each varsity program. In addition, he has helped pioneer video streaming of home events, including the first-ever streams of volleyball, women's basketball, baseball, women's soccer, softball as well as track and field.

Neuhart has also directed the sports information duties and scoretable operations for the NCCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships held at Grace’s Orthopaedic Capital Center for 12 years (2012-24). He assumed the Sports Information responsibilities from 2009-11 for the NCCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championships. Grace has also hosted NCCAA national championship events for track and field as well as cross country during Neuhart's tenure.

Additionally, he has helped host NAIA Opening Round tournament games for women's soccer, men's soccer, volleyball and men's basketball.

His work has garnered 147 top-10 finishes in the past 10 years at the annual CoSIDA National Convention, including 23 "Best in the Nation" honors. He won three first-place awards during 2017-18, a year which saw 17 national honors come to the department. In 2018-19, Neuhart won the prestigious Gary Spitler Award for Excellence from the NAIA-SIDA, marking the top overall SID office in the nation from the publication awards. The 2019 awards included best in the nation for website and feature story. In 2020-21, the department won first place from CoSIDA in Motion Graphics as well as the Call of the Year from the NAIA. In 2021-22, the SID office won 14 national awards including first place from CoSIDA for infographics. In 2022-23, Grace set a record for its most awards with 24 from the NAIA and CoSIDA, including a trio of first place honors. In 2023-24, Grace won its second NAIA Gary Spitler Award winner after amassing 26 national awards; they led the nation with 19 NAIA-SIDA awards, and Neuhart was selected as the national runner-up for Designer of the Year by the College Sports Communicators for the College Division (non-NCAA Div. I schools). Grace repeated as the NAIA Spitler Award winners in 2025-26 after winning 15 NAIA-SIDA awards, marking Grace's third Spitler honor.

The 2015-16 season resulted in 10 national awards from NAIA-SIDA. The 2014-15 season saw Grace's SID office rack up six national awards from NAIA-SIDA. Neuhart won first place in the Infographic Contest in 2016. In 2015 he claimed a first-place finish in the Dr. W. Jack Bell Writing Contest. In addition, his cover design for the 2011-12 Grace Men’s and Women’s Basketball Media Guide was named the “Best Cover” from the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) and repeated that honor in 2016-17.

Three times he was named the Crossroads League SID of the Year (2016, 2020, 2024), becoming the first SID in the conference to achieve that distinction, and he was featured on the CoSIDA website in 2017 (story).

Additionally he has assisted the NAIA as the National Coordinator for multiple NAIA-SIDA contests as well as serving as a judge for the NAIA National Player of the Week awards and the NAIA-SIDA publications committee.

He has publicized numerous CoSIDA, NAIA and NCCAA All-American and National Player of the Week honors for the Lancers.

While a student at Grace, Neuhart served alongside Stephen Copeland as the student Sports Information Directors at Grace for their final two years. The duo also edited and designed the sports pages for Grace’s student newspaper “The Sounding Board.” Neuhart also statted basketball games for the IBL's Elkhart Express during college.

Neuhart graduated with a bachelor’s degree in both journalism and Bible with a minor in communications. He was awarded with the school’s Journalism Award as a senior at Grace. He currently lives with his wife Megan and three sons (Gideon, Ellis and Leo) and a daughter (Gemma).
