WESTFIELD, Ind. – Rain moved Grace's doubleheader with Indiana Wesleyan to Grand Park on Thursday.

The Wildcats got the better of the Lancers (15-15, 2-6 Crossroads League) in adverse conditions, winning 5-0 and 4-0.

The Lancers will square off with Indiana Wesleyan again on Saturday. The doubleheader in Marion, Ind., is scheduled to start at 1 p.m.

In the opening game, Grace was stifled into two hits offensively. The Lancers struck out 10 times in a 5-0 defeat. Xavier Harris and Shay Hepler recorded a hit apiece.

The seond game was similar with the Lancers handcuffed into three hits. The Wildcats (24-11, 7-3 CL) scored a single run in the first, second, fifth and seventh innings to ease away for the doubleheader sweep.

Scottie Clark got the start from the mound and struck out six batters with two runs yielded in 3.1 innings. Harris, Austin Baker and Mitchell Enyart each tallied a hit for Grace.
