MARION, Ind. - Grace's track and field team competed at the Sunny and 65 Invite on Thursday.
The small, last-minute meet included just three schools - Grace, Indiana Wesleyan and Taylor.
Grace had several student-athletes reach the NCCAA standard in their various events to go along with a handful of event winners.
Malia Butler won the long jump with a leap of 15-feet-11, and Kiara Gill was second at 14-7.
In the women's 800, Morgan Welch broke the tape in 2:24.96, and Addison Grady was third in 2:26.75; both runners hit the NCCAA standard.
Zoe Huley was runner-up in the 200 (26.85 seconds) and third in the 100 dash (12.98).
All six ladies' runners hit the NCCAA standard in the 5,000, led by Esther Cameron's time of 18:46.03.
Emily McCreary placed second in the high jump (5-1), and Mackenzie DeLong was third in the javelin (99-1), fourth in the shot put (36-6.25) and sixth in the discus (135-9).
On the men's side, Tanner Sallee won the 400 with a mark of 50.31, and Dakota Ames won the 3,000 steeplechase with a time of 10:10.04.
Brock Lengacher had a busy day, placing second in the hammer (142-9) and shot put (44-1.25), as well as third in the discus (142-7).
Ethan Cummins was runner-up in both the 100 dash (11.38) and the 200 (23.16).
Noah Zimmerman finished second in the long jump (20-7.75), and Zaryn Rumfelt was also second in the javelin (146-5).
Brady Husberger finished third in the 1,500 (4:07.09), and Carson Martin was one spot behind him (4:11.55).
The men's 4x400 squad finished second at 3:28.09 (Carter Clear, Luke Smith, Hunsberger, Martin).
