FAIRVIEW, Pa. - Grace College's men's golf team took second place at the Bud Elwell Invitational on Monday afternoon.
The 36-hole tournament saw the Lancers shoot two consistent rounds, going 309 and 307 to finish behind the host and NCAA DII member Gannon University.
Grace was led by
Camron Jones whose second round score of 68 was the second lowest round in the field. Overall he took third, finishing with a 145 total.
Braxton Christie finished seventh in the field shooting 77 and 76. Also grabbing a top-10 finish was
Noah Riffle who tied for 8th with a 157 mark.
Isaac Embry and
Max Seachrist who finished 15th and 18th respectively. Embry scored a two round score of 161 and Seachrist carded a 170.
The Lancers will be in action for the final time this fall on October 19-21 as they participate in the Whistling Straight Intercollegiate.
