SHEBOYGAN, Wis. - Grace College's men's golf team turned in an impressive performance at the Whistling Straits Intercollegiate which culminated on Tuesday afternoon.
In what is their last tournament of the fall season, the Lancers posted a 36-hole score of 631. Their mark was good for third place in the 12-team field. Grace shot a 320 on the opening day before cutting off nine strokes on day two.
Leading the way for Grace was
Camron Jones.
Camron Jones tied for fifth on the individual leaderboard shooting 74-79 to close out his fall with a mark of 153.
Braxton Christie and
Isaac Embry finished just outside the top 10, tying for 11th place.
Christie went 81-76 and Embry carded 82-75 as both players finished with an overall total of 157.
Noah Riffle shot two consistent rounds to finish with a score of 167 and
Charlie Jones improved by nine strokes on day two to card a 171.
