PALM COAST, Fla. - Grace College's women's golf team completed the second round of the NCCAA National Tournament on Tuesday afternoon.
The Lancers improved on the opening round score by six strokes and sit in fourth place in the championship field.
Kiley Standring once again helped lead Grace on what proved to be a consistent scoring afternoon for the Lancers.
Standring recorded a second round mark of 81 and now sits just outside of the top 10 on the individual leaderboard with an overall mark of 163.
Brett Hanavan and
Camille Short also carded second round scores of 81. Hanavan's two-round score of 164 has her in 13th while Short sits one-stroke behind with a total of 165.
Grace Beerman saw a nine-stroke improvement turning an 83 and
Trinity Bramer was a stroke behind with an 84. Bramer enters the final 18 holes in 20th while Beerman sits in 27th.
The final round of the national tournament will start on Wednesday morning.
