BOYNE FALLS, Mich. - The 2025-26 season for Grace's men's golf team officially kicked off this week.
The Lancers battled at the LTU Collegiate Kickoff. Grace placed third out of 10 teams in a strong showing at the Boyne Mountain Resort.
The event was trimmed to two days after being originally scheduled as a three-day event.
Grace enjoyed two golfers landing in the top-10 of the individual leaderboard. Noah Riffle led the way. After shooting 77 in the opening round, he dropped his score to 72. His score of 149 tied for fourth overall.
Camron Jones was one stroke behind, tying for eighth with a 150 (72-78).
Braxton Christie (154) and Max Seachrist (155) finished neck-and-neck with Seachrist performing in his first collegiate tournament.
Isaac Embry rounded out Grace's scoring, lowering his score by 10 strokes between rounds.
The Lancers are back in action on Sept. 21 with the NAIA Midwest Shootout in Silvis, Ill.
