WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Ian Raasch earned national attention on Thursday for Grace's men's basketball team.
Raasch was named to the Top 100 Watch List for the Bevo Francis Award.
The Bevo Francis Award honors the top small college basketball player in the country, stretching across NAIA, NCAA Div. II, Div. III and junior colleges.
Raasch, a junior forward, is averaging 15.3 points, 5.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.2 steals per game. He is shooting 60 percent from the floor, 46 percent on 3-pointers and 83 percent on free throws.
Raasch is the fourth Lancer to be named to the Bevo Francis Award, joining Frankie Davidson (2022 watch list, 2023 watch list), Elijah Malone (2024 Bevo Francis winner) and Ian Scott (2025 finalist).
The No. 1-ranked Lancers are off to an 18-0 start to the year. Grace is the final unbeaten team remaining in the NAIA.
