WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Tyler Raasch of Grace's men's basketball team was selected as the Crossroads League Defensive Player of the Week on Monday.
It's the second time that Raasch has earned the award this year. The freshman racked up 9.5 rebounds and 4.5 blocks per game defensively last week. Grace clinched the regular season championship during the week. He added 14.0 points per game on offense as well.
The Lancers, the top seed in the league tourney, will host Spring Arbor on Wednesday (7 p.m.) in the quarterfinals of the Crossroads League Tournament.
With continued wins, Grace would host the semifinals (on Saturday) and the championship (on Tuesday, March 3).
