KOHLER, Wis. - Grace's men's golf team looped one of the top courses in the country, participating in the Whistling Straits Intercollegiate on Monday and Tuesday. Whistling Straits hosted the PGA Championship in 2010 and 2015 as well and the Ryder Cup in 2021
The Lancers finished the two-day tournament with a combined 705 to place 11th. Tough course conditions made it a battle for everyone with the entire tournament field finishing over par.
Camron Jones submitted the low score for Grace with finish with an 80 on the first day and an 82 to close out the event. He collected two birdies on Tuesday to finish with in the top-20 on the individual leaderboard.
Noah Riffle was consistent over two rounds, finishing with an 86 through the first round and followed it with an 87 to finish with a combined 173.
Braxton Christie opened the tournament with a 79 and came home with a 100 in the second round.
Isaac Embry (191) and
Gavin Tidd (192) rounded out the lineup for the Lancers, ending the tournament one stroke apart.
