WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Grace's women's soccer team continued its climb up the NAIA Top 25 this week.

The Lancers, fresh off a Crossroads League Tournament title, moved up to No. 14 in the newest edition of the NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll.

Grace claimed a thrilling CL Tournament championship on Wednesday night, beating No. 2-ranked Marian in a penalty kick shootout on the road. It marked Grace's first CL tournament title in team history.

The win also locked up Grace's spot at the NAIA National Championships as the Lancers earned the Crossroads League's automatic bid.

Grace's NAIA path will be revealed on Friday evening. The Lancers are likely to host an NAIA opening round match for the national tournament, which kicks off next week. 

The Lancers are one of five teams in the NAIA poll, joined by No. 2 Marian, No. 8 Indiana Wesleyan, No. 17 Taylor and No. 20 Spring Arbor.
