WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Following a stellar start to the year, Grace's women's soccer team was rewarded with a Top-25 ranking by the NAIA.
The Lancers moved up to No. 23 in the latest poll and boast an impressive 6-0-2 record.
Grace is coming off a 0-0 draw on the road at the newly-ranked No. 2 team (Cumberlands), a match which saw Grace outshoot the host team 10-3.
The Crossroads League is well represented in the poll with five teams appearing (No. 4 Marian, 8 Indiana Wesleyan, No. 13 Spring Arbor, No. 23 Grace, No. 23 Taylor).
Grace is the highest-scoring team in the country with 40 goals in eight matches. Cassidy Felger is the NAIA's top goalscorer with 11 goals, and Nora Pollock leads the country with 11 assists.
The Lancers are home on Saturday at 1 p.m. for a match with Shawnee State.
